• Native format: qoder-transcript-jsonl, project transcript journals.
• Session ID: Row sessionId, verbatim. No namespace is specified by the fixture evidence. Paths and filenames are not identity.
• Notes: toolUseResult is a raw/UI sidecar. Attach it only to the single result in its row; otherwise preserve it unassigned. A sidecar-only result has absent model content. is_error supplies outcome, not output prose or exit status. progress / hook_progress can record hook event, name and command without outcome. Composite MCP names stay unsplit. Rewrites use new captures; unknown shapes remain vendor data.
