Identity

  • Names: com.atlassian.rovodev; short alias rovodev.
  • Native format: rovodev-session-context, session_context.json with message_history or messages, including nested session_context.message_history and conversation.messages; optional metadata.json.
  • Session ID: Metadata session_id/sessionId, then the document’s recorded session ID, then the native session directory key. Treat conflicting recorded IDs as an error; do not use a fallback to resolve the conflict. Require a stable installation/profile namespace because account-wide uniqueness is unproved.
  • Notes: Map recorded roles, text, reasoning and explicit tool-result status. Keep numeric signals raw. Unknown request/response envelopes without documented roles remain vendor records. Current metadata does not establish past configuration or an inference model.

Position basis

Use only positions established by the stated format and mapping evidence. Current-state rows without transcript positions form the snapshot tail. A protocol commit boundary takes precedence over physical EOF; uncommitted bytes are not a gap.

rovodev: native facts without a standard field

  • Entity keys and links: Message id or message_id; tool id, tool_call_id or tool_use_id, with the explicit tool-return ID. Aliases must agree and invocation identity must be unique. Native array order precedes document metadata and metadata.json snapshots.
  • Lineage: Generic parent keys have no versioned native contract here. Keep them in source metadata; no parent, child, copy or root mapping is qualified.

Usage

Select one report per native accounting identity only when this entry establishes that identity. Keep unjoinable or overlapping reports as native evidence. Declare incomplete semantic coverage. Schema defaults and placeholder zeros are not reported usage. Backend inclusion rules require evidence; do not infer them from a model name.

Lane and unassigned facts

Record facts without established session ownership in the manifest’s _meta["com.atlassian.rovodev/unassigned"], using the common shape. Selection may retain these facts with any session subset, including an empty subset, but must not imply session ownership. State the selection policy in the export report.

Losses

Declare every applicable loss under ASR-157. Missing model rendering, accounting joins, lineage or exact context boundaries remain losses when this entry does not qualify them. Unknown ownership is not itself lost data. Record omitted unassigned facts with a documented vendor loss or report rather than a new core category.

Evidence

Basis: fixture-verified: Rovo Dev parser and sanitized v1 storage fixtures in ctxrs/ctx at 74f63227f1c7416607d704668f38b9c7c9de6a16, plus authored nested-layout tests. v1 is a storage label, not a qualified acli release. Evidence applies only to the named formats and explicit mappings above. A real capture covers only exercised behavior. A writer probe run without a model covers persistence, not model or tool execution. Authored tests do not qualify an agent version. Unlisted formats and link mappings remain unqualified.
